A short drama film about a woman’s right to choose, “Her Choice” is set in a near-future dystopian world in which women’s bodily autonomy and reproductive rights have been stripped away completely, resulting in harsh penalties for women who seek to have an abortion. When four friends have afternoon tea, following the death of their close friend, Elle, who had an illegal abortion, the impact of her actions and the reality of their limited freewill place them at odds with one another, casting a lingering doubt over one of the women in attendance.
